Webinar format

In replacement of Transition Action Plan development at the Transition Leadership Institute (TLI) typically held in June

This will be a virtual, one-day interactive session focused on Secondary Transition Teams and Secondary Transition Action Plan review and/or development for the 2025-26 school year. Please plan to engage from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM with an hour break for lunch. Continuing education hours will be provided for your time!
