AFT Professional Learning is created by teachers alongside the leading researchers in education. Our practitioners and researchers collaborate to synthesize reliable findings on best practice and connect the research to its applications in the classroom and schools. The classes model strategies that, according to research, provide the most effective adult learning experiences. AFT professional learning offers ongoing professional opportunities facilitated by AFT members who are classroom teachers and school personnel.
